[Most popular Japanese used cars in Kenya] TOYOTA RAV4

The Toyota RAV4 has been on sale for a long time, from 1994 to the present day in 2023. As a compact size SUV, the Toyota RAV4 is very popular in overseas markets and many used RAV4s from the first generation to the current model are exported to countries around the world every month.

The 4th generation RAV4, which is currently popular in Kenya, will be a model that has not been sold in Japan, so it will be imported from outside Japan.
Of course, we are able to import good quality 4th generation RAV4s at low prices.

The current 5th generation model is becoming increasingly popular in the Japanese market.
Launched in April 2019, the 5th generation RAV4 is a crossover SUV with SUV-like power and driving performance on any road surface. The exterior is based on “Adventure & Refined” and features a design that is both active and refined. Inside, the dashboard has been lowered and the windscreen wipers have been designed so they are not visible from inside the cabin, providing a clean, uncluttered forward view. In addition, the optimised position of the door mirrors and triangular windows make it easier to see diagonally forward.

All models are equipped with CVT transmission. The 4WD model comes as standard with AWD Integrated Management (AIM), which provides integrated control of torque, braking and steering for both stability and driveability. Another interesting feature is the newly developed Dynamic Torque Vectoring AWD. This features a disconnect mechanism that cuts power to the rear wheels when 4WD is not required to improve fuel economy. Other features include Toyota Safety Sense and Connected Services, all of which are appropriate for a new generation of SUVs.

In another two to three years, the fifth-generation model will be very popular in Kenya.
It will be imported from Japan.
